Shipping and refunds. Books ship from Kansas City by USPS within 30 days of your order. If a copy arrives damaged or never arrives, tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund it, your choice. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Otherwise all sales are final.
